Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Altair Investor Portal (the “Portal”) handles information when authorized users access the private portal for the Altair construction project. The Portal is intended for project owners, editors, and investors. It is not a public listing or a public offering of securities.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how you use the Portal, we may handle:
- Account information: your name, email address, account role, and authentication information needed to create and secure your account.
- Project information: photos, documents, status updates, milestone information, and other materials uploaded or made available through the Portal.
- Technical information: information such as browser, device, request timing, IP address, and security or error logs that may be handled by the hosting and authentication services supporting the Portal.
- Support information: information you provide when you contact the project team about access, account security, or the Portal.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and provide role-based access;
- deliver project updates, photos, and documents to authorized users;
- manage accounts, maintain security, and prevent unauthorized access;
- troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Portal; and
- respond to requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The current Portal uses essential authentication cookies managed through Supabase. These cookies maintain your sign-in session, help refresh that session securely, and allow the Portal to enforce access controls. The Portal cannot provide signed-in features without them.
The current Portal does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. Because there are no non-essential cookies in the current version, the Portal does not currently display a cookie-consent banner. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any consent or preference controls required by applicable law will be added.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be shared with or processed by:
- authorized project users according to their assigned Portal role and document permissions;
- Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and private file-storage services; and
- Vercel, which provides website hosting and deployment services.
Service providers may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the Portal, enforce its rules, or comply with law.
6. Security
The Portal uses account authentication, role-based permissions, database access controls, and private file storage intended to limit access to authorized users. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
7. Retention
We retain account and project information for as long as needed to operate the Portal, administer the project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact the project team to ask about the personal information associated with your Portal account or to request correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons. Your rights may vary depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Portal, project practices, or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current version.
